Limited Edition of only 400 models worldwide
Squadron Leader Neville Duke, one of Britain's most distinguished WWII fighter aces, began his combat career with No. 92 Squadron RAF in April 1941, flying Spitfire Mk Vs from Biggin Hill. Often serving as wingman to Wing Commander Adolph "Sailor" Malan, Duke achieved his first aerial victories over northern France.
After a stint with No. 112 Squadron flying Tomahawks and Kittyhawks in North Africa, he returned to 92 Squadron in November 1942, now operating tropicalized Spitfire Mk Vs. Promoted to Flight Commander in February 1943, he received the Distinguished Service Order in March. By June, Duke had added 14 more victories, bringing his wartime total to 28 enemy aircraft destroyed. His exceptional flying skills and leadership solidified his legacy as one of the RAF's top aces.
