Recreate a legendary era of US Naval Aviation with this highly detailed 1:72 scale diecast model of the Grumman F-14A Tomcat, produced by JC Wings. Representing aircraft AJ200 of the famous VF-84 "Jolly Rogers" squadron aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt in 1989, this collectible captures one of the most recognisable fighter aircraft in aviation history.

The F-14 Tomcat was a formidable twin-engine, variable-sweep-wing interceptor, developed to defend US Navy carrier battle groups against enemy aircraft and long-range threats. Its distinctive silhouette, powerful performance and advanced radar and missile systems made it an icon of Cold War naval aviation.

VF-84, known as the "Jolly Rogers", became particularly famous for its striking black tail fins adorned with the unmistakable skull-and-crossbones insignia. This JC Wings replica commemorates the squadron's 1989 operations, combining the Tomcat's distinctive design with one of the US Navy's most celebrated squadron liveries.

An impressive addition to any military aviation collection, this model is ideal for enthusiasts of the F-14 Tomcat, US Navy carrier aviation and classic Cold War fighter aircraft.
